To mark International Women's Day, Women's Health Grampians has released the "Gender Equality in the Grampians Region" report. This report is about our own community, and the findings show that the progress towards gender equality is slow, with women over-represented in unpaid domestic work and childcare, but under-represented on councils, in management and as legislators.
