Even though the Fair Work Commission has failed to mandate paid domestic violence leave, many of Ballarat's major employers already provide such leave, acknowledging that an all-of-community response is the best way to confront family violence. WRISC provides staff with an entitlement of up to 10 days paid family violence leave per year.
