Even though the Fair Work Commission has failed to mandate paid domestic
violence leave, many of Ballarat's major employers already provide such
leave, acknowledging that an all-of-community response is the best way
to confront family violence. WRISC provides staff with an entitlement
of up to 10 days paid family violence leave per year. WRISC sees this as
an investment in being seen as a preferred employer, as well as
